Sergeant John McLoughlin reaches his job at the Port Authority bus terminal just as the news of an attack on the World Trade Center is reaching him. He heads to the scene with a busload of officers, well aware that there is no plan for an evacuation of such magnitude. Shortly after he and fellow officer Will Jimeno rush into the building, the tower comes crashing down around them. Trapped dozens of feet below ground, all they can do is fight pain and fatigue in the hope that a team of rescuers will get to them before death does. Based on the true story of Port Authority officers John McLoughlin and William J. Jimeno, two of the last survivors to be rescued from Ground Zero on September 11, 2001. "Gripping. A powerful movie experience that glorifies that which is best in the American spirit." (Time) More at wtcmovie.com
